5. Checking your Progress

Within mOS, the Administrator will be able to consult every team member's progress and download specific reports based on Teams and/or Regions.

Note: An Administrator can only consult progress if they have an Enable seat assigned.

Consulting Progress On-Screen

To consult progress for specific students or specific regions/teams, select Reports > Enable on the left-hand side bar.

 

 

For each Region, the Overall Progress will be displayed directly on-screen. Each student's progress can also be consulted by clicking on their name.

 

 

Exporting a Progress Report

To export a general progress report including all team members, select Reports > Enable on the left-hand side bar.

 

 

After that, click on the blue Export button at the top right of the screen.

This will download a CSV file to your computer with the following information:

  • Region Name: the name of the region the student belongs to. To find out how to create Regions, click here.
  • Region Progress: the overall progress of the region the student belongs to.
  • Team Name: the name of the team the student belongs to.
  • Student Name: the full name of the student.
  • Email: the email address of the student.
  • Job Title: the job title of the student.
  • Program Title: the name of the program taken by the student.
  • Progress: the percentage of content completed by the student.
  • Enrolled Date: the date when the student got enrolled in the relevant program.
  • Start Date: the date the student started the program.
  • Completion Date: the date the student completed the program.
  • Last Login: This refers to the most recent date the student accessed their account.
