After team members have been added to mOS, Admins can assign programs to them. By default, your account will include all programs available under your organization’s membership.
There are three ways to assign programs:
- During CSV Import
When uploading users via the bulk import template, you can pre-assign programs by filling out the program_enrollments column with the correct program slug(s). You can find the list of program slugs here.
- Note: This process is intended for new users only. If the members being uploaded already exist in the system, the import will return an error due to duplicate email and name entries. For existing users, please manage program assignments directly within the platform.
- Assigning programs in bulk
Before assigning programs in bulk, make sure each user has an available Enable seat.
You can check this by looking for the seat icon under the Products column. If the icon is missing, you won’t be able to assign programs successfully.
Once confirmed, go to My Organization > Users, check the boxes to choose everyone on the page, then click Assign Program and select the program(s) you want to assign.
💡Quick Tip: To display more students on the page and bulk-enroll faster, simply use the Number of Rows option at the top-left of the page. You can select up to 160!

- Assigning programs manually
Select the user to whom you want to assign programs. Click on the Select Programs button and tick the programs this member can access (multiple can be selected). Whenever a program has been assigned, it will appear on this member's account.
You can also manually assign programs to a user by clicking the Edit icon located on the right side of the user’s row. In the pop-up window, you’ll see the available program options under the "Enroll to Programs" section. From there, use the dropdown to select the desired program(s), then click Save Changes to apply.

Unassigning programs
The same way the Administrator assigns programs, they can also unassign them. Simply select the user in question and untick the program(s) that need unassigned.
The Administrator will only be able to unassign programs and free up a license if the progress is less than 10% (as per our Terms and Conditions) as we would otherwise consider this license as used. If the user's usage is 10% below, we recommend removing the "Enable" seat to free the license. This will allow the license to be reassigned to another user when needed.
Note: if the account Administrator doesn't need access to programs, simply untick them and that means their license can be reallocated to another team member!
