4. Assigning Courses

After team members have been added to mOS, the Administrator will be able to assign courses to them. By default, the account will contain all courses available with the Membership purchased.

  • Assigning courses manually

Select the user to assign courses to. Click on the Select Courses button and tick the courses this member can access (multiple ones can be selected). Whenever a course has been assigned, it will appear on this member's account.

  • Assigning courses in bulk

Use the Select All button to select all students on the page.

After that, click on the Bulk Enroll option at the top-right of the screen, select the courses to assign to the selected students and hit Confirm once this is done.

💡Quick Tip: to display more students on the page and bulk-enroll faster, simply use the Number of Rows option at the top-left of the page. You can select up to 160!

    • Unassigning courses

    The same way the Administrator assigns courses, they can also unassign them. Simply select the user in question and untick the course(s) that need unassigned.

    The Administrator will only be able to unassign courses and free up a license if the progress is less than 10% (as per our Terms and Conditions) as we would otherwise consider this license as used.

    Note: if the account Administrator doesn't need access to courses, simply untick them and that means their license can be reallocated to another team member!
