We only accept payments via credit card (via Stripe) in USD, GBP, or EUR.
Your payment will be processed during checkout.
We do not accept payment through checks or third party apps like Bill.com, Paypal, etc. or issue invoices for individual purchases.

💭 I need a Quote in order to get a reimbursement
At MEDDICC, we provide a standard quote template you can download here and submit internally. We do not issue customised / individualised quotes for individuals.
A quote (or “quotation”) is a formal statement of price for a clearly defined product or service. Companies often use quotes as supporting documentation for manager or finance approval.
It confirms:
• What you’re buying
• How much it costs
🧾 I need a Receipt in order to get a reimbursement
When you buy a membership, you will automatically receive a receipt by email after payment is completed. This serves as your proof of purchase and can be submitted for expenses.
A receipt is proof of payment. It confirms that you’ve already paid and typically shows:
• What you bought
• When you paid
• How much you paid and applicable taxes
• Payment method (e.g. card type, last 4 digits)
📄 I need an Invoice in order to get a reimbursement
We do not issue custom business invoices when you are buying as a private individual. These memberships are sold as B2C purchases, not as a corporate contract.
An invoice is a formal request for payment issued by a business to a customer. Given that all individual purchases are paid upfront via credit card, a Receipt is the more appropriate document to submit to your manager or finance team.

💳 I forgot to cancel and was charged for a renewal. Can I get a refund?
As per our Terms of Service, our memberships renew automatically so you don’t lose access to your content and benefits.
We send multiple reminder emails before renewal, and during your subscription term you always have the option to cancel, including a 30-day cancellation window before your next billing date.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, we’re not able to offer refunds for that subscription period. If you no longer wish to continue after this period, you can cancel at any time to ensure no further renewals are charged.
