Winni - Your AI MEDDPICC Assistant

Winni is your built-in AI coach inside mOS, designed to help you understand and apply MEDDPICC to real deals in real time.

How to Access Winni

Winni is available in two ways:

As a chat panel: click the Winni Chat icon in the left-hand navigation to open a floating panel without leaving your current page. Ideal for quick questions while you're working.

As a full screen: expand Winni into a dedicated full-screen experience with your full chat history on the left, suggested prompts, and a call transcript upload area.

What Can Winni Help With?

Winni answers questions through the lens of MEDDPICC, giving you practical, contextual guidance rather than generic advice. You can ask things like:

  • "What does it mean to Implicate Pain?"
  • "How do I know if I have a real Champion?"
  • "What's the difference between the Decision Process and the Paper Process?"
  • "The CTO involved in my deal is being difficult — what should I do?"

You can also paste or upload a call transcript and ask Winni to analyse it for MEDDPICC gaps and insights.

Key Features

MEDDPICC Q&A — Ask anything about the framework and get answers grounded in MEDDPICC methodology.

Call Transcript Analysis — Upload a call transcript using the "Add a Call Transcript" button and Winni will extract MEDDPICC insights from the conversation.

Deal Coaching — Describe your deal situation and get guidance on next steps, gaps, and how to progress.

Chat History — Your previous Winni conversations are saved and accessible from the left panel in full-screen mode.

Current Limitations

  • Winni cannot pull live deal data directly from your opportunities
  • Winni's advice is based on what you share in the conversation — the more context you give, the better the guidance

Data Privacy & Security

Winni is powered by the following infrastructure:

AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude) — powers Winni's AI responses and knowledge base, with semantic search and retrieval.

Google Cloud (Gemini) — powers call transcription and MEDDPICC extraction in Winni Recorder.

Your data is never used for model training. All processing occurs within certified cloud infrastructure under enterprise agreements that explicitly prohibit training on customer data. Winni runs within our chosen AWS region, ensuring data residency compliance.
