You can now manually sync opportunities from Salesforce to mOS. This is useful if you notice that the data between the two platforms is out of sync. To sync an opportunity, click the "Sync to mOS" button. If the sync does not start, check the mOS integration logs for errors.
The sync will also happen automatically when Salesforce detects changes to opportunities, accounts, or contacts. However, manually syncing an opportunity can be useful if you need to update the data in mOS immediately.
Filters for opportunities and sync button
The Sync to mOS button will sync the current opportunity on the screen to mOS, regardless of any filters that have been applied in the mOS settings. This means that the opportunity will be synced, even if it does not meet the criteria of the filters. The only check that will be performed is whether the opportunity owner has been added in the mOS PermissionSet in salesforce.
