Winni Recorder - Call Recording & MEDDPICC Extraction

Winni Recorder automatically captures your sales calls, extracts MEDDPICC elements, and generates summaries and next steps, so you can focus on the conversation, not the notes.

What is Winni Recorder?

Winni Recorder joins your external sales calls, records them, and automatically extracts MEDDPICC qualification data from the conversation. It turns unstructured dialogue into structured insights, giving you a MEDDPICC summary, call summary, action items, and a searchable transcript, all in one place.

Getting Started

Winni Recorder is available to all mOS users (except accounts with contractual recording restrictions). Each user activates it individually by syncing their calendar in Settings — no admin setup required.

Once enabled, Winni Recorder automatically joins scheduled external meetings, meaning any meeting that includes at least one participant outside your company domain.

Supported Meeting Platforms

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

The recording bot joins via your calendar integration. In Google Meet it appears as "Meeting Notetaker" and in Microsoft Teams as "Winni Call Recorder".

What Gets Captured

Every recorded call produces four tabs inside the Winni Recorder Library:

MEDDPICC Elements — Each element from the call is extracted and structured, showing identified stakeholders, key requirements, and gaps. If a MEDDPICC element wasn't discussed on the call, it's tagged as "Not Identified" so nothing slips through.

Call Summary — A structured summary including meeting title, participants, challenges and objectives, and key discussion points.

Action Items — A checklist of next steps and agreements identified from the conversation, which you can check off as they're completed.

Transcript — A full, searchable transcript of the call with timestamps and speaker labels. You can also download the transcript directly.

Winni Recorder also generates a follow-up email draft based on the call content, ready to copy and send.

Controlling What Gets Recorded

By default, Winni Recorder joins any external meeting on your calendar. You can disable recording for specific meetings or manually remove the bot from a call at any time.

If multiple mOS users with Winni Recorder enabled are in the same meeting, only one bot joins. All eligible internal participants can access the same recording and insights.

Recording stops automatically when all participants leave or after two hours, whichever comes first. Both audio and video are captured.

Editing & Using Extracted Insights

AI extraction is confidence-based and should be reviewed before use. Reps can edit, refine, or reject any extracted MEDDPICC element before saving. Insights can also be copied into any external platform.

Finding Your Recordings

All recordings are stored in the Winni Recorder Library, accessible from the left-hand navigation. From here you can view Recorded, Upcoming, and Archived calls, search by recording name, company, or participant, and upload transcripts manually.

Data & Privacy

Recordings cannot be permanently deleted by users but can be archived from the Recorder Library. There is no storage limit on recordings.
