Winni Recorder - Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
Do I need an admin to set up Winni Recorder? No. Each user activates Winni Recorder individually by syncing their calendar in Settings.
Is Winni Recorder available on my account? Winni Recorder is available to all mOS users, except accounts with contractual restrictions that prevent recording functionality. Contact support@meddicc.com if you're unsure.
Recording & Meetings
What meeting platforms are supported? Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Which calls get recorded? Any scheduled meeting that includes at least one participant outside your company domain, provided you have calendar sync enabled.
What is the recording bot called? In Google Meet it appears as "Meeting Notetaker." In Microsoft Teams it appears as "Winni Call Recorder."
Can I stop a specific meeting from being recorded? Yes. You can disable recording for individual meetings or manually remove the bot from a call at any time.
What if multiple mOS users with Winni Recorder join the same call? Only one bot joins. All eligible internal participants can access the same recording and insights.
Does it record audio, video, or both? Both.
When does recording stop? When all participants leave the meeting, or after two hours, whichever comes first.
MEDDPICC Extraction
What does Winni Recorder automatically extract? After each call you'll have a full transcript, call summary, MEDDPICC elements, action items, and a follow-up email draft.
What happens if a MEDDPICC element wasn't discussed on the call? It's tagged as "Not Identified" in the MEDDPICC Elements tab so gaps are clearly visible.
How accurate is the MEDDPICC extraction? Extraction is AI-assisted and confidence-based. You should review and refine extracted insights before using them operationally.
Can I edit the extracted MEDDPICC elements? Yes. You can modify, refine, or reject any extracted insight. Elements can also be copied into any external platform.
Storage & Access
Where do I find my recordings? In the Winni Recorder Library, accessible from the left-hand navigation. You can view Recorded, Upcoming and Archived calls, and search by recording name, company or participant name.
Can I delete a recording? Recordings cannot be permanently deleted but can be archived from the Recorder Library.
Is there a storage limit? No.
Does Winni Recorder sync with my CRM? Not currently. Use the Opportunities page to manage your CRM sync in the meantime.
Privacy & Data
Is my call data used to train AI models? No. Winni Recorder is powered by Google Cloud (Gemini). Your data is never used to train foundation models or shared with third parties.
What languages are supported? English is the primary supported language. Additional language support depends on transcription capabilities.
