Buying Additional Licenses in mOS

You can easily add more licenses (seats) to your organization directly within MEDDICC Operating System (mOS), no back-and-forth required. This empowers teams to scale quickly while keeping full control in the hands of your Admins.


Overview

The Add Seats feature allows eligible Admins to purchase additional licenses on demand, directly within mOS. Seats are activated immediately upon successful payment, no manual processing required.



Who Can Use This?

  • Available to B2B customers with 2 or more existing licenses
  • Enabled by default, no setup required
  • Only users with Admin permissions can initiate a purchase
  • If multiple Admins exist, any of them can purchase additional seats


How to Buy Additional Licenses

There are two (2) ways to add seats in mOS.

  • Credit Card - Use one of the major credit cards (powered by Stripe)

  • Invoice Request /Contact Support - Use if you prefer NOT to pay by credit card



Pay via Credit Card

  1. Navigate to My Organization in the left-hand menu

  2. Click + Add Seats in the top-right corner of the page

  3. You will see a pop-up giving you an option to select your Payment Method of choice, click Credit Card

  4. Enter the number of seats you'd like to add (minimum: 1 / maximum: 5,000 per transaction)

  5. Click Pay Now to be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout

  6. Enter your payment details and click Pay and subscribe

  7. Once done, you will see the Payment successful message at the top right corner of the screen in mOS and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

  8. New seats are immediately available to assign to team members

💡 Tip: Once seats are added, head to My Organization → Organization Members to assign them. Refer to Sending an mOS Invite for detailed steps.



Pay via Invoice Request /Contact Support

  1. Navigate to My Organization in the left-hand menu

  2. Click + Add Seats in the top-right corner of the page

  3. You will see a pop-up giving you an option to select your Payment Method of choice, click Invoice Request /Contact Support 

  4. Enter the number of seats you'd like to add (minimum: 1 / maximum: 5,000 per transaction)
  5. Click Request Invoice via Email

  6. Once done, you will see the Invoice request sent message at the top right corner of the screen in mOS and an email will be sent to you to confirm your seat request.

  7. After reviewing the details and everything looks good, please respond to the email with "Yes, I confirm". Once we receive the confirmation, our Finance Team will issue the invoice within 24 hours (excluding weekends)

🗒️  Note: Payment is due upon receipt. Access to your MEDDICC Membership will be provisioned once payment has been received or valid proof of payment has been shared.
