3. Get the API mOS Credentials

To link Salesforce to mOS, you will need to log in to mOS and obtain your unique username and password. Then, you can enter these credentials into Salesforce to complete the linking process.

To do this follow these steps:

  1. Log into mOS at https://mos.meddicc.com/

  2. Navigate to My Organization then Settings. Once this is done, click on the Salesforce toggle.

    Note: enabling the Salesforce integration will synchronize Opportunities, Companies and Contacts from Salesforce to mOS and push Contacts from mOS to Salesforce.
  3. After you click on the toggle, you will see the Salesforce login page. Click Use Custom Domain to log into your own account.

  4. Enter your unique domain name and click ContinueSalesforce Integration 3
    Warning:
    when entering your domain name, do not include the https:// or the my.salesforce.com. Use the example link provided to ensure you entered the correct domain.

  5. After that, you will access the correct login page. Feel free to enter your username and password to log into your own Salesforce account.
  6. Once you're logged it, a pop up message will show up asking you to allow access to mOS. Click Allow.

  7. And that’s it! Congratulations, if you check on mOS you will see that you now have access to your Salesforce credentials to move forward with the integration.Install SF Get API 3

  8. In your Salesforce account, click on the gear icon. Select Setup and start typing "Named credential" in the Quick Find Box.

    Once it appears, click on it and select mOS Credentials. Then, enter your username and password into the corresponding fields.

    Once this is done, click Save.
