What is mOS?

How do I access my new mOS account?
After your account has been migrated, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to access your new mOS account. Just follow the steps provided to get started!
How do I know if my account migration was successful?
Whenever you log into your new mOS account, you will see all the courses you were previously enrolled in under the Enable section of mOS on the left-hand side of the screen.
What happens to my previous MEDDICC Enable account?
Your previous Enable account will still remain accessible for 30 days should you need it. After that, we’ll delete your account and all your data from learn.meddicc.com as everything will be moved to mOS.
Note: please remember that after being moved to mOS, any progress you'll make on the older platform won't be reflected.
What happens to my progress?
We’ll be migrating you and your teams to MEDDICC Enable from Learn MEDDICC at the date provided in our most recent email to you.
Ahead of the migration, it's the perfect time to log into your account and ensure your completion is at 100% so you won’t lose your progress - and you can earn your shiny certificate!
⚠️ Please ensure your teams are aware of the migration date!
Any progress below 100% on our programs will reset to 0% in MEDDICC Enable.
What happens to my MEDDICC membership/the courses I purchased?
Nothing will change! Your MEDDICC Membership and all the courses you purchased will become available on mOS along with some brand-new content! So keep an eye out!
What happens to my certificates?
You will find all your certificates in your new mOS account next to the course you completed. Simply click on View my Certificate to display it on-screen.
