What is Deals?

Deals is MEDDICC's opportunity management tool, built around the MEDDPICC framework. It gives sales reps a single place to track deal progress, capture MEDDPICC notes, and connect call intelligence directly to their pipeline, so nothing falls through the gaps.
Every deal record is structured around the MEDDPICC elements: Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champions, and Competition. This keeps deal qualification consistent from the first touchpoint through to close.
If your organization has set up a CRM integration, Deals automatically links with your CRM, allowing opportunity data to stay synchronized while reps manage and enrich their MEDDPICC qualification in one place. This reduces duplicate data entry and ensures your CRM reflects the latest deal insights.

How Deals fits into MEDDICC Operating System (mOS)
