What is T5?

T5 is MEDDICC's flagship sales leadership program for CROs, VPs of Sales, and frontline leaders. Built on the MEDDPICC methodology, T5 is an operating system for sales leaders across five disciplines: Trust, Timing, Tactics, Talent, and Territory, held together by a Commit Culture. It is designed to implement in 90 days and is led by Andy Whyte, CEO and Founder of MEDDICC. T5 is included in MEDDICC Membership and available to individuals at $899/year.

A repeatable operating system for CROs, VPs of Sales, and frontline leaders, built on the MEDDPICC methodology.

MEDDICC, the performance platform built around the MEDDPICC methodology, today announced the launch of T5, its flagship program for sales leaders. T5 gives revenue leaders a complete operating system across five disciplines: Trust, Timing, Tactics, Talent, and Territory, unified by a Commit Culture and built on the same MEDDPICC foundations their teams already run on.

Most sales leaders are promoted for what they sold, then handed no system for leading. The result shows up as forecast slippage, slow ramp times, A-player churn, and a quarter that never stops feeling like firefighting. T5 replaces that accidental leadership with a system designed to implement in 90 days and run for a career.

"Leadership is a craft," said Andy Whyte, CEO and Founder of MEDDICC. "We designed T5 to be the system that builds it. It changes what you notice, not just what you know. When a rep brings you a deal that's stalling, you'll see the trust problem behind it. When a team's slipping, you'll spot which standard dropped before it shows up in the forecast."

The five disciplines:

  • Trust: the Trust Battery, the foundation everything else runs on. Leaders who operate with integrity surface problems early, while there's still time to fix them.
  • Timing: Named Revenue Agreements (NRAs) replace hope-based leadership with written commitments, making performance observable, coachable, and inspectable.
  • Tactics: proactive MEDDPICC applied to every deal, not red or green theater, so leaders always know what to do next.
  • Talent: the C8 gives leaders one definition of an A-player across craft, curiosity, coachability, and more, so hiring and coaching stop running on luck.
  • Territory: the VSE model (Velocity, Segment, Engage) turns territory from something leaders inherit into something they run like a business.

Commit Culture holds the system together: what gets said gets done. Teams move from "I'll try" to "you can count on me" to "it will be done."
