Does this replace our CRM?

No, Winni Deals does not replace your CRM. It is designed to integrate with your current CRM, so you have all the information you need. Admins just need to sync mOS with your CRM. You can also use Winni Deals without CRM integration if you individually buy your membership or do not wish to integrate for any reason.

Do sellers need to re-enter data?

No. With two-way sync, there is no need for sellers to re-enter data. You update once, and it syncs everywhere. However, if you individually buy your membership, you do not have access to two-way sync, and will need to update your opportunities manually.

Is this included in MEDDICC Membership?

Yes, Winni Deals (Opportunity Manager) is included in your MEDDICC Membership. 

Can it be customized?

Yes, you can customize Winni Deals to reflect your CRM fields to some extent. Even more customization will be possible in the future.

Is this just for reporting?

No. While Winni Deals can be useful to report on deal progress, it is designed to reinforce MEDDPICC learnings and help you spot gaps in your deals and improve forecast accuracy.

Does Winni Deals (Opportunity Manager) integrate with Winni Calls (Call Recorder)?

Yes, Winni Deals integrates with Winni Call Recorder. MEDDPICC data from your calls will automatically be pulled into your opportunities.
