How do you train people who are unable to attend sessions in person or potential new hires who join the business after the training has taken place? On-demand, online training means you can buy licenses as and when you need them. It also means the quality of training remains consistent; no matter when someone takes it, they receive the same training as everyone else. We are strong believers in a common language for the whole GTM team, and on-demand training makes sure that everyone is communicating along the same wavelength.
Our on-demand MEDDPICC Masterclass takes just over 8 hours; however, if we deliver it in person, it takes 16. Part of this is due to discussion to enhance learning, but also because, despite our best efforts, live training is less articulate and can’t be edited. The overall process is more efficient - learners can get started instantly, without having to coordinate sessions with the instructor.
Not even the best professional seller can retain hours worth of training the first time around, regardless of the medium. But with our on-demand program, you can revisit any section of the course whenever, wherever. Research has shown that we better understand and retain information with spaced repetition, so not only is it more convenient, it’s more effective!
In terms of sheer numbers, the investment required for on-demand training for the benefits reaped is lower than that of in-person training. Outside of paying an instructor for their time (be they interior or exterior), costs can stack up when it comes to expenditure on travel and facilities.
